Grab this cake from The Pastry shop, Radisson creatively designed and baked by Chef Ram Chandra. The bottom layer is flavored with butter scotch and the upper layer is pineapple. This cake is very special for weddings because of the multiple flavors in the same punch and gorgeous decoration with roses made sugar fondant icing and mixture of white and dark chocolates. The middle part had a simple yet attractive ornamentation by edible silver balls. The toppings will definitely catch your eye due to the colorful mixture of grapes, roses and a chocolate garnish.
For the celebration of love, Hyatt regency brings this giant dessert called the mud cake which comes with essence of blueberry, chocolate and vanilla. To add more romantic pinch to it, Chef… has decorated it with roses on the base and red heart on top. The upper layer walls is decorated by heart shaped chocolate further dusted with copper and the bottom of this layer is surrounded by golden beans that looks similar to coffee beans.
The roses flowing from the top to bottom, Soaltee's wedding cake looked like a waterfall falling from the smooth white rock along with flower petals. Chef Raj Kumar Maharjan draws any style of cakes with respect to demand of his guests. This mixed fruit flavor was handmade by Chef Maharjan. The flowers were made with sugar fondant icing and on the top there was a doll couple standing to provide a romantic theme.
